When you call the CDN for an assessment, you will be asked to make two 90 minute appointments that are two weeks apart. The initial appointment is for information gathering and assessment at which both the parent/s and the child need to be present. The second appointment is a feedback consultation which only the parent/s attend.

Should you wish to proceed you can telephone the Child Development Network on 3369 3369 to make the necessary appointments. A GP referral is not necessary.
